I'm washing at the car wash bay. Why is there no shampoo included?
Because you don’t need any there: the foam comes out of the brush. So that it doesn’t scratch your paint, the box includes a soft cover you pull over it.

I've never done laundry myself before. Can I manage it?
Yes. You go through four steps, and for each one the right product is in the box:
- Loosen: spray on wheel cleaner, insect remover and all-purpose cleaner, let it work briefly, rinse off. The brush cleans tyres and wheels.
- Wash: pull the soft cover over the brush at the self-service car wash and wash. It protects your paint from scratches.
- Dry: dry with the two towels, then add fresh shine with the quick detailer.
- Refresh: interior, windows and leather seats with interior cleaner, glass cleaner, leather cleaner and leather care.

Will this damage my Paint or my rims?
The wheel cleaner is acid-free (pH 7 to 8). Alessio, a customer with delicate white wheels, writes that it cleans them “thoroughly and gently”. Only use it on cold wheels.
The insect remover and the all-purpose cleaner are deliberately alkaline (pH 11 to 12): use them in the shade on a cooled surface, let them work briefly, don’t let them dry and rinse thoroughly.
