Your order is packed with great care by our team directly in our own 500 m² shipping warehouse in Lausen (Basel-Landschaft) and shipped with Swiss Post.

Returns
The cost of returns is borne by the customer. We’re happy to provide a shipping label, but we will deduct the price listed below from your refund.

We only offer free returns in the following exceptional cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Incorrect information in the online shop
- Receiving an item you did not order
- Receiving a defective item
- Receiving an incomplete product
